konnected · PRIVATE BETA

Your privacy matters.

This beta uses ChatGPT sign-in. konnected receives a site-specific user identifier, email address, and an optional name to associate your activity with your account.

What we store

Your profile, listings, applications, saved jobs, conversations, comments, reports, blocks, friendships, online-status preferences and recent heartbeat timestamps, profile-access records, notifications, and moderation records are stored in the service database. The last signed-in visit is recorded for aggregate active-account statistics. The language preference and unfinished post drafts are stored in this browser. The Rentals map loads map styles, tiles, and fonts from OpenFreeMap, which receives normal network request information such as your IP address. It does not request your device location. Drafts are kept for up to 30 days and checked when the editor opens; they are not synced to another device. You can clear them in the editor. Deleting your account clears its drafts in this browser; clear drafts separately on other devices. Minimal submission receipts (request identifiers, content fingerprints, resource identifiers, and timestamps) prevent duplicate writes. They contain no duplicate post text and are deleted with your account. Pending request identifiers are also kept in this browser to make an unchanged retry safe. Temporary submission counters and minimal account restriction records are retained separately to prevent abuse after content or profile deletion. Restriction records are reviewed by the operator. We do not request passport or residence-card copies.

Who can see what

Community posts, display names, and job listings are visible to visitors who have site access. Nickname search is available to signed-in members with profiles. Your online status is shown only to accepted friends while sharing is enabled; you can hide it in Friends. Applicant details are available only to the relevant employer through authorized profile access while sharing is enabled. Moderation records are available to configured administrators.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, withdraw applications, turn off profile sharing, delete your posts, unblock members, and delete your konnected data through account settings. Turning off sharing cannot retract copies an employer has already made outside konnected.

Before public launch

This is a beta privacy summary. The operator identity and public contact address have not been finalized. This service remains private for that reason. Retention periods, service-provider disclosures, backup and recovery procedures, and the complete privacy policy must be confirmed before public operation.
